In addition to receiving the official recommendation by the National Association of Therapeutic Schools and Programs the BLACKROLL won the 2009 Physio Award for the "Biggest Benefit for Users".

Get relief from pain and ease tension and adhesions in your muscles and fasciae

The roll & relax exercises shown in our video enable you to ease tension in your muscles and adhesions in your fasciae. You'll be able to get effective pain relief, regardless whether you use the BLACKROLL after soccer practice, a running routine or a hard day at the office. Muscle soreness, which is actually a soreness of your fasciae, can also be prevented with the use of the BLACKROLL.

Start combating back pain

By improving blood circulation your muscles and fasciae will be optimally nourished. Dr. Lutz Graumann is a sports medicine specialist who has devoted himself to fascia research and BLACKROLL training. He has come to the conclusion that BLACKROLL training is not only beneficial for amateur and pro athletes, it also helps regular people suffering from shoulder and back pain caused by sitting for long periods of time. BLACKROLL exercises can help alleviate back pain, thus providing increased mobility.

Four interactive workouts including in-depth descriptions for each exercise

How long should I roll? How can I work on each particular body region effectively? How do I need to position the BLACKROLL in order to work on my neck correctly? All of these questions and many more will be answered in the video - the best exercises, the most effective rolling techniques, and the correct positioning of the BLACKROLL. Apart from four complete interactive workouts with varying focal points you will also receive in-depth descriptions of each exercise.

THIS VIDEO IS YOUR SUPER EFFECTIVE GUIDE TO BLACKROLL TRAINING AND THE PATH TO A HEALTHY AND PAIN FREE BODY.

Featuring an introduction by Dr. Robert Schleip

Robert Schleip, PhD is one of the leading experts in fascia research. He's the director of the Fascial Research Group at the University of Ulm, Germany, and he was the co-initiator of the first International Fascia Research Congress held in Boston, MA in 2007. The conference proved to be a catalyst for intensive fascia research, and now you have the chance to learn highly valuable facts and information about fascia and self-myofascial release from a true expert and a pioneer in fascia research.

Self-massage your way to relaxation, regeneration and renewed strength

The “self-myofascial release” is an effective technique to ease tension and adhesions in muscles and its surrounding fascia. BLACKROLL offers qualitative tools with various densities to target these tensions, providing an intense massage of muscles and fascia, with a similar effect as a classic massage.

Stimulate more nutrient-rich blood to circulate, soothing your skin’s appearance and reduce cellulite

With the BLACKROLL you can specifically target the superficial fascia, creating a positive effect on the appearance of your skin. By tightening the connective tissue you can combat cellulite and scar tissue effectively.

Improve your posture, increase blood circulation and maximize your performance

Healthy fascia creates a so-called "catapult mechanism" and this elastic recoil has a positive impact on your athletic performance. Fascial expert Dr. Robert Schleip explains: "Studies have revealed that an elastic recoil occurs when you convert energy temporarily stored in tendons and fascia into a free push. It's fueled by the impact force of each foot strike. The recoil generated by our Achilles tendons, plantar fascia and the fascia associated with our muscles provides up to 50 percent of the propulsive force for each stride. Tendons are the major driver of recoil. At rest, their tough collagen fibers line up in parallel wavy lines, but under tension, the wavy patterns straighten, thus allowing a stretch of 4 to 6 percent. The stiffer our tendons, the more energy it takes to stretch them."

Werde flexibler und beweglicher & beuge Verletzungen vor

BLACKROLL training on a regular basis not only leads to a more flexible body, it's also an ideal tool for reducing injury risks. The newly gained flexibility helps to prevent injuries to muscles, tendons and ligaments. BLACKROLL exercises ensure that the internal architecture of your body keeps getting hydrated and that it remains elastic. You'll be able to increase your range of motion. Professional athletes like Dirk Nowitzki, Lindsey Vonn, and even the players of the German National Football Team use foam rolling exercises in order to reduce injury risks, to regenerate, and to increase their mobility.
